Polyurethane sieve plate
1. Excellent wear resistance and long service life; its wear resistance is 3 to 5 times that of steel sieve plates, and over 5 times that of common rubber sieve plates.
2. Low maintenance workload, polyurethane sieve plates are not easily damaged, with a long service life, thus significantly reducing maintenance volume and production halt losses.
3. Overall costs are low, despite the initial investment for polyurethane sieve plates (same specification/surface area) being approximately twice that of stainless steel sieve plates. However, due to the polyurethane sieve plates' lifespan being 3 to 5 times longer than stainless steel ones, and with fewer maintenance and replacement needs, the total cost is not high and is economically very reasonable.
4. Excellent moisture resistance allows operation under aqueous conditions. In media like water and oil, the coefficient of friction between polyurethane and the material is reduced, enhancing sieve penetration and increasing separation efficiency. Additionally, it prevents adhesion of moist particles, and with the reduced coefficient of friction, wear is minimized, leading to extended service life.
5. Corrosion-resistant, non-flammable, odorless, and tasteless.
6. Due to the rational design of the sieve hole and the manufacturing process of the sieve plate, particles within the limited size will not block the sieve holes.
7. Excellent vibration-damping performance, strong noise reduction capability, helps minimize noise, and prevents the material on the screen from breaking easily during vibration.
8. Due to the characteristic of secondary vibration in polyurethane, polyurethane sieve plates have an auto-cleaning function, thus ensuring high sieving efficiency.
9. Energy-saving and reduced consumption; polyurethane has a lower density, significantly lighter than steel screens of the same size, thereby reducing the sieve machine's load, saving electricity, and extending the sieve machine's lifespan.
