Operating Principle: Wet coal slime is shredded into pieces of 20-50mm by a shredder and then fed into the drum at the feeding end. Driven by the drum's internal, non-powered pusher, it enters the drying zone uniformly and quickly. In the drying zone, the even distribution of rakes and the action of the打散 chains work together to uniformly distribute and disperse the material, which is then in full contact with the hot air flowing in the same direction for heat exchange. Relying on its own gravity and the action of the hot air stream, the material can be controllably moved to the other end of the drum, where it is discharged through the unloading valve as finished product.
