This equipment is suitable for drying materials with large drying volumes and requires no contamination during the drying process. Based on the clients' investment cost control and usage requirements, we offer various types of this equipment: 1. Internal Fire-tube Drum Drying Machine 2. Hot Air Furnace Drum Drying Machine 3. Direct Combustion Flue Gas Drum Drying Machine (commonly fueled by diesel, gas, or coal gas)

   


Product Performance Features


Equipment Features:

1. Coal-fired drum dryer with internal flue pipes; the flue gas circulates and dissipates heat inside the drum through the flue pipes. The drum, flue pipes, scraper, and end caps can all be made of carbon steel or stainless steel.

2. Hot air furnace-type drum dryer, which is a drying system consisting of a coal, oil, or gas-fired hot air furnace paired with a drum dryer. Our company's hot air furnace utilizes a combination of finned tubes and heat exchangers, with flue gas recirculation for high thermal efficiency, allowing the hot air temperature to reach up to 500°C.

3. Direct-firing flue gas rotary dryer (usually fueled by diesel, gas, or coal gas) - suitable for drying materials without fear of contamination by combustion products of the material, offering high thermal efficiency.
