The DWP type jet airflow belt dryer utilizes hot air flowing downward or upward through slits or holes to spray onto the material on the conveyor belt. Due to the high jet air speed exceeding 15m/s, the heat transfer film in convection is extremely thin, resulting in a high heat transfer coefficient and fast drying speed. When used for airtight materials, the jet airflow above returns to the top, and the airflow below returns to the bottom, then re-enters the cycle. The airflow束 for permeable materials has strong penetration and diffusion within the material. Heat sources can be steam, electricity, hot air furnaces, and fuel gas combustion air, etc.

The DWP type jet air flow belt dryer is mainly used for drying fiberboard, gypsum board, cardboard, pulp molding, coated drying, etc., and is also suitable for drying sheet materials and some special materials.
