This machine is a continuous flow dryer, designed for drying porous sheet, strip, and granular materials. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, such as dehydrated vegetables and herbal medicine slices, where high temperatures are not permitted. This series of dryers boasts fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and excellent product quality. Even for paste-like materials in the form of dewatered filter cakes, drying is possible after granulation or molding into bars.



Materials are evenly spread on a belt by a feeder, typically using a 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is driven by a transmission device to move within the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units, each with an independent hot air circulation. Some exhaust gases are discharged by a dedicated moisture exhaust fan, while the exhaust gases are controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air passes through the belt covered with materials from bottom to top or top to bottom, facilitating the heat and mass transfer process, and removing the moisture from the materials. The belt moves slowly, and its speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried finished products continuously fall into the collection unit. The upper and lower circulating units can be flexibly equipped according to customer needs, and the number of units can also be selected as required.
