Product Performance Features

The LBH series chain conveyor operates at low speed for stable performance and low failure rate. The chain plates are made of 16Mn steel plate, with options of 5-10mm thickness. It uses either a ring chain or a flat chain drive, resulting in minimal wear and no noise. It can withstand high temperatures up to 400°C, has a high load-bearing capacity, and a long service life. Suitable for conveying materials at an inclination angle of up to 30°, it is widely used in the discharge conveyance of rotary and vertical kilns, as well as in the material handling of mining, metallurgy, coal, electricity, and other industries, especially as an ideal choice for high-temperature material conveyance.
