Product Working Principle

The vibratory gyratory sifter is an essential equipment for compound fertilizer production. Our provided gyratory sifter features a simple and compact structure, high output, long service life, low energy consumption, and low noise. It is used for cleaning and grading compound fertilizers and can be equipped with different sieve plates for different materials to achieve ideal grading results. The machine operates smoothly, has low noise, is easy to clean, and is convenient for maintenance and repair, offering energy-saving benefits. The material has good fluidity, strong mesh penetration, and is not prone to sieve clogging. Product Performance Features

1. The machine primarily consists of components such as the motor, reducer, drum, and frame. The entire unit is arranged in an inclined layout.
2. The motor, via a reducer and the drum shaft, drives the sieve drum mechanism to rotate around its axis. Upon the material entering the sieve drum unit, due to the unit's inclined angle and rotation, qualified material (sifted product) is discharged through the sieve holes, while unqualified material (material on top of the sieve) is discharged at the end of the drum.
3. The sieve tube assembly is sealed by the housing cover, ensuring that the equipment effectively prevents dust from escaping during operation, thereby eliminating dust pollution. When replacing the sieve strips, simply open the housing cover for easy replacement and operation.
4. Install a vibration device (patented by our company) on the sieve drum wheel. Due to the cam effect, the vibration hammer strikes four times as the drum sieve rotates a full circle, generating periodic vibrations in the sieve drum to prevent screen clogging.
