Our single-stage gas producer is a blend of the best features, with advanced design and reasonable structure. It employs worm gear and worm drive for the ash pan, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The wet ash pan slagging system is efficient. Coal feeding is done via a double hood coal bunker or an electric drum-type automatic coal feeding device, which is simple in structure and evenly distributes coal. The eccentric rotating grate design is reasonable, providing excellent slag removal and uniform air distribution, leading to stable gasification.
