1. Product Overview
Photocatalytic industrial waste gas treatment equipment, deodorization equipment, is an advanced technology imported from overseas by our company. In close cooperation with several renowned domestic universities, we have jointly researched and developed this high-tech environmental protection equipment capable of efficiently and rapidly removing various odors caused by volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, thiols, benzene, and other pollutants. It boasts high deodorization efficiency, exceeding the national standards for malodorous pollutant emissions. The equipment is characterized by strong adaptability, low operation costs, no need for pretreatment, and a small footprint. The photocatalytic industrial waste gas treatment deodorization equipment is widely used in deodorization and purification of malodorous gases from various pollution sources, such as oil refineries, rubber factories, chemical plants, wastewater treatment plants, and garbage transfer stations. It is particularly suitable for the removal of benzene and deodorization of organic waste gases like ammonia from biotechnology, spray painting exhaust, and oil mist exhaust.
2. Working Principle
The malodorous gases are introduced into our odor treatment equipment via exhaust ventilation, where they are purified using a combination of high-energy UV ultraviolet beams and ozone to initiate a synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction. This process breaks down the malodorous substances into low-molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then discharged outdoors through the exhaust ducts.
3. Product Features:
① Efficient and Fast Odor Removal: Capable of efficiently and rapidly removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, thiols, and other major pollutants, as well as various malodorous odors. The deodorization efficiency is high, significantly exceeding the national odor pollutant emission standards (GB14554-93). ② No Additional Materials Needed: Requires only the setup of the corresponding exhaust ducts and air flow power to allow malodorous gases to pass through this equipment for deodorization and purification, without the need for any substances to participate in chemical reactions. ③ Strong Adaptability: Suitable for deodorization and purification of high concentrations, large volumes, and various malodorous gas substances. It can operate continuously for 24 hours a day, with safe, stable, and reliable performance. ④ Low Operating Costs: The equipment has low energy consumption (only 0.54 kWh per 1000 m³/h treatment), no mechanical movement, no noise, and does not require dedicated management or daily maintenance. Regular inspections are sufficient. The wind resistance is low (<30 Pa), saving a significant amount of exhaust air flow energy consumption. ⑤ No Pre-treatment or Environmental Requirements: Malodorous gases do not require special pre-treatment, such as heating or humidifying. The equipment can operate normally in an environment with temperatures ranging from -30°C to 95°C, and with humidity between 30% and 98% and pH values between 3 and 11. ⑥ Small Footprint and Light Weight: Suitable for compact layouts and small spaces. The equipment occupies less than 1.5 square meters per 10,000 m³/h air volume treated. ⑦ Material Manufacturing: High fire and corrosion resistance, stable performance, and long service life.
