Product Working Principle

 

The heat is circulated within the box by using forced ventilation, featuring adjustable wind-dividing plates for even material drying. The unit has low noise and operates smoothly. Temperature, moisture expulsion, and wind direction are all automatically controlled. The entire equipment is easy to install and maintain.

   

Product Performance Features

1. Heating Sources: Hot air, steam, and electricity, for customer selection.

2. Available with self-control and control systems for customer selection.

3. Standard steam pressure is 0.2～0.8 Mpa (2～8 kg/cm²).

4. Electric heating is calculated at 15Kw for type III, with a practical usage of 6-8Kw/h.

5. Special requirements should be stated at the time of order.

6. Please specify if the temperature exceeds 140 degrees or falls below 60 degrees when placing an order.

7. Our company produces drying cars with uniform drying tray sizes, which are interchangeable.

8. Oven Size: 600*400*20mm.

9. Standard Models: 5 types - 24, 48, 96, 144, and 192 disks.

10. Special requirements should be stated at the time of order.
