Fluorspar ball mesh drying machines are batch and continuous production drying equipment, primarily heated by electric, steam, or hot air methods. The main principle involves evenly spreading the material on a mesh belt, which is made of 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh and driven by a transmission device to move back and forth inside the dryer. Hot air flows through the material, and moisture vapor is expelled through exhaust holes, achieving the drying process. The dryer's body length is composed of standard sections. To save space, dryers can be made in multi-layer configurations, such as 3 layers of 20 meters, 3 layers of 30 meters, 5 layers of 20 meters, and 5 layers of 30 meters, etc.

1. Equipped with an automatic tensioning device, the conveyor belt operates smoothly, flips effortlessly, thus solving issues like chain dropping, jamming, and running off track.
2. The screening mesh is woven from heat-resistant steel wire, featuring high strength, resistance to deformation, and good breathability.
3. The conveyor belt is powered by a variable-speed motor, allowing the operating speed to be adjusted as needed, thus controlling the drying time.
4. Digital temperature displays for each section within the drying machine, facilitating the control and monitoring of kiln temperatures.
5. Each section of the drying machine is equipped with a maintenance aisle for easy repair of the equipment.
6. Utilizing positive pressure blow drying to prevent cool air from entering the drying chamber due to loose seals between sections, which would waste heat sources and increase investment costs.
7. The design features a transition from the upper low-temperature zone to the tail low-temperature zone for ball entry and exit. Fluorite balls gradually heat up from the low-temperature zone and then from the high-temperature zone, preventing cracking or bursting of the formed balls due to rapid heating, resulting in a low breakage rate.
8. The exhaust temperature in the upper low-temperature zone of the drying chamber is ≤100℃, with low dust content, long service life of the induced draft fan, and low operation cost.
