Product Working Principle

      Reverse flow drying is used, with the hot air first entering the final drying section conveyor belt machine, then passing through the blower to the initial drying section conveyor belt dryer; the material first enters the initial drying section, where it is preheated by the final secondary air and a portion of the moisture is expelled before entering the final drying section equipment. It reaches the desired moisture content under the action of high-temperature hot air.
Description: The drying time is typically 20-30 minutes. The high-temperature drying oven consists of a chain conveyor made of heat-resistant steel and a high-temperature tunnel kiln. The conveyor belt is a metal mesh designed for high-temperature resistance, and the pellets are dried on the belt for 25-30 minutes before being discharged onto a cooling conveyor belt.

     A belt dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment that utilizes a steel belt as a conveyor to transport materials for continuous drying, heated by electric heating, steam heating, or hot air heating. It primarily transports compressed finished balls directly to a flat conveyor via a conveyor, where the balls are evenly distributed on the dryer by a scraper on the top of the flat conveyor, enhancing the balls' breathability and achieving the drying effect.
