The DG series air flow drying unit is a complete set of equipment for drying corn, potato, and other starch-containing materials after wet processing and dehydration. It can also be used for drying heat-sensitive powdered or sheet-like materials that require rapid drying.


In the air flow dryer, hot air flows at high speed, suspending the powdered or granular material within, and achieving drying. Due to the high air velocity, the material particles are suspended in the air stream, resulting in a large heat transfer surface area between gas and solid, high heat transfer coefficient, and short drying time (the drying process for most materials only takes a few seconds), making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
During the drying process, filtered cold air is heated by an air heater and mixed with wet starch fed from a spiral feed machine and entering the duct through an elevator, achieving instant drying. The dried starch is then discharged through a cyclone separator and a shutter, while the exhaust gas is exhausted into the atmosphere by a fan.
