Product Working Principle

Mineral Product Dryer (Drying Machine), a dryer designed for handling large quantities of materials. Due to its reliable operation, flexible operation, strong adaptability, and high processing capacity, it is widely used in construction materials, metallurgy, food, chemicals, coal, and mineral industries. Quartz sand dryer and feldspar powder dryer are types of mineral product dryers. Generally suitable for granular materials, they can also be used to dry sticky or paste-like materials with high moisture content by partially blending them with other materials. Notably, the dryer for mineral products features a high production capacity, broad adaptability, low flow resistance, a wide range of operational fluctuations, and ease of operation.

Product Performance Features

The moisture evaporation capacity of drum dryers is typically 30-80 kg/m³·h; it increases with the rise in hot air temperature and varies with the moisture properties of the material. It boasts a higher evaporation intensity than flash drying and spray drying. The thermal efficiency usually ranges from 40% to 70%. The equipment operates smoothly and reliably, with few moving parts, low failure rate, and a long service life, making it widely used across various drying industries.

Application Range of Products

1. In terms of raw material form, centrifugal dewatering cake, pressure filtration cake; drying of free-flowing powders, granules, sheets, fibers, and other materials.
2. Widely used in the drying of mineral products, construction materials, chemical products, compound fertilizers, organic powders, feed, distiller's grains, starch residues, corn residues, soybean meal, etc.
3. The drum dryer can be categorized into various structural forms, such as direct, indirect heating, air tube heating, steam tube indirect heating, and compound heating.
4. Temperature ranges from 60℃ to 600℃ for selection. Generally, the higher the temperature, the greater the evaporation intensity. Thus, the equipment is compact, cost-effective, and has low energy consumption per unit.
