Before each operation of the vacuum boiler, it's mandatory to check the gas pressure condition of the boiler. Ensure the pressure is normal; if the static pressure is only 6,000 Pa, be mindful that only a low flame can be maintained, as running a high flame at 6,000 Pa may lead to extinguishing due to insufficient pressure.
When using a vacuum boiler, pay attention to the pressure and temperature of the domestic hot water and heating medium, and ensure that all pipeline valves are open to prevent any heat exchange branch from having its inlet and outlet valves closed. This is because the principle of thermal expansion and contraction can cause the pressure generated during operation to far exceed the rated working range, potentially leading to pipe burst and causing a major accident that renders the boiler unusable.

With the development of industry, the frequency of vacuum boiler usage is increasing. During operation, due to the long-term exposure to flames, flue gases, ash, water, steam, and other substances, it is inevitable that the boiler will experience leaks, wear, burnout, deformation, corrosion, and aging. If vacuum boilers are not maintained promptly, it poses safety and economic risks to the normal operation of atmospheric pressure hot water boiler companies. Scheduled maintenance and regular care must be conducted on vacuum boilers. The frequency of maintenance can be monthly, quarterly, or annually. Of course, this does not mean that boiler operation can be ignored at other times. Operators in Fujian must remain vigilant every day, monitoring for any abnormalities in the boiler.

Hot Water Boiler Structure:
Hot Water Boiler Tube: There are two types of coil supports for this boiler tube, with the former being more common. The hot water boiler heats a pot of water directly through the flow of the circulating pump's head and the water pressure tank.
Vapor Boilers: These hot water boilers, originally commonly used as atmospheric pressure hot water heaters, have mostly transitioned to steam boilers. The boiler water pot, the price of the atmospheric pressure hot water heater, operates through a natural circulation. To ensure a safe and reliable water circulation boiler, a certain height of the boiler is required, thus leading to increased steel consumption and costs for these large boilers.
Hot water boilers are categorized into atmospheric pressure hot water boilers and pressure hot water boilers. Atmospheric pressure hot water boilers are classified as non-pressurized civil utility boilers, offering convenience, speed, and safety in use. Pressure hot water boilers are pressure vessels and fall under special equipment. The design, manufacturing, installation, and operation of pressure boilers are regulated by technical supervision departments, and a boiler operation permit is required.
