As a heating equipment, vacuum hot water boilers hold significant advantages, primarily due to the superior performance and characteristics of the boiler itself. Fangkui Boiler summarizes the following benefits of vacuum hot water boilers to facilitate better procurement of suitable boiler equipment.
1. Vacuum hot water boilers offer high safety.
In accordance with the "Regulations for Safety Supervision of Hot Water Boilers" implemented in 1992, hot water boiler rooms with an outlet water temperature rating of 95℃ are permitted to be connected to residential buildings or located in the basements, semi-basements, or first floor of multi-story buildings. The boiler room can be connected to general civil buildings when the boiler capacity within the boiler room meets the condition of (-t 100)V group 5, where T is the saturation temperature of the boiler's working pressure in degrees Celsius, and V is the water capacity of the boiler in cubic meters. Since the heat medium water temperature of a vacuum hot water boiler does not exceed 10℃, it meets the safety requirements.
2. The vacuum hot water boiler system is simple
The boiler employs a dual-loop structure. In the system flowchart shown for water treatment, charging, and constant pressure, the omission of the boiler's primary water circulation and other equipment, as well as the inclusion of two water-water heat exchangers, air conditioning, and water heaters, significantly reduces the floor space required for the machine room while increasing the system's complexity and operation.

To ensure the operational reliability of vacuum hot water boilers, the boiler factory must ensure the following points during the manufacturing process:
To maintain the internal vacuum of the boiler, rigorous checks are conducted during the production process to detect air leaks, ensuring the process is sealed within the boiler compartment. To sustain the vacuum and prevent leaks, the factory is equipped with standard pumps. In the vacuum hot water boiler, when the heat medium water is heated to 90°C, the oil pump operates automatically based on the vacuum level within the tank. It not only extracts air from the tank but also removes dissolved oxygen from the heat medium water, thereby maintaining a certain negative pressure. There is no corrosion within the tank.
2. The heat medium water in the vacuum hot water boiler must be selected from water that has been specially decontaminated, deoxygenated, and softened.
3. Special requirements for boiler heat exchangers necessitate the use of SUS444 stainless steel tubing, which requires a unique tube processing method. This tube is resistant to scaling, boasts high heat transfer efficiency, and is non-corrosive, with superior water quality and flow rate limitations compared to standard heat exchanger tubes.
