



The working principle of a vacuum boiler: Utilizing the characteristic of low boiling point of water under low pressure, it rapidly heats the thermal medium water filled in a sealed furnace, causing the water to boil and evaporate into high-temperature steam. The steam condenses on the heat exchange tubes, heating the cold water inside, thereby achieving the purpose of supplying hot water.
The heat medium water in the vacuum boiler, from a heating hot water boiler factory, is a high-purity water that has undergone special treatments such as deoxygenation and descaling. It is filled in one-time at the factory before shipment. During use, it circulates internally within the unit (vaporization - condensation - vaporization) in a sealed loop. It neither increases nor decreases during operation and does not require replenishment or replacement throughout the unit's lifespan.

Steam boiler maintenance and care注意事项:
During boiler maintenance, heating hot water boiler suppliers must disconnect the power and release pressure. The burner should be removed from the boiler body every two months and thoroughly cleaned of soot and dust. The photoelectric tube's light-receiving surface should be wiped monthly, and the fuel filter must always remain clean and functional; carefully clean the oil pump's filter screen without damaging the gasket. The burner must not run empty without oil to prevent damaging the oil pump. The water level gauge should be kept clean at all times, flushed with the cleaning valve daily to ensure clear water levels. The safety valve should be actuated once a day to prevent rust and malfunction.

Hot water boilers are widely used in the industry. The new generation of hot water boilers incorporates condensate waste heat recovery technology. Previously, the exhaust gas temperature of hot water boilers or coal-fired boilers was controlled between 120°—350°. In heating hot water boiler companies, the flue gas calorific value is between 7%—25%, with 15% of the latent heat being unused and emitted into the rough flue gas, resulting in significant heat loss. Additionally, the nitrogen content in the exhaust gas is high, which is a major reason why boilers urgently need to be upgraded and incorporate new technologies.
The advantages of the new condensing hot water boiler lie in the use of a condenser, which can control the flue gas emissions of the hot water or steam boiler to below 100°. The condensing exhaust of the hot water boiler can also save water by preventing the secondary evaporation of heat, while ensuring efficient heat exchange. During this process, the flue gas temperature drops to between 80° and 40°, and the condenser heat pipes are generally made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
