Drawings and Documents: Designed using EPLAN software in accordance with process control requirements, with programmable development in STEP7 + WICC by the AROS team.

Control System Main Function Description: Negative pressure allows the sulfur-containing high-temperature gas to enter the process section, where it reacts with calcium through a large wet process to form calcium sulfate. The vacuum pressing and drying then produce plaster products.

Project Description: The Aluminum Plant Desulfurization Purification Electrical Project is a mature solution we have accumulated over the years, having successfully served major aluminum power groups such as Weiqiao Aluminum Power, Xinfa Group Xinjiang 102 Brigade Aluminum Power, Sichuan Qiyaya Aluminum Industry, and Shanghai New Hope Aluminum Industry, among others. This process method, the limestone-gypsum desulfurization process, is a widely used desulfurization technology on the market. Approximately 90% of flue gas desulfurization units in aluminum power plants in Japan, Germany, and the United States use this process. Desulfurization automation control is achieved through the combination of new process control solutions, PLC+MCC, without the need for personnel supervision.

The automatic control system for the aluminum electro-desulfurization purification electrical engineering is composed of three parts: field instruments and actuators, signal collection and control, and man-machine interface (monitoring) equipment. The construction of the automatic control system mainly refers to the selection of the system forms and equipment of the three parts. The PLC system collects field instrument data, which is then displayed, analyzed, alarms generated, and reports produced in real-time through a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system or man-machine interface. Operators can also control the field equipment through the SCADA system or man-machine interface. Precise, real-time, and stable.
