Variable Frequency Control Cabinet ZM806


VFD Cabinet Function Overview: Connects to external load units, enabling variable frequency speed control of load equipment while also providing protection for the connected loads. Standard controls include multi-step speed control, open-loop proportional follow speed control, closed-loop feedback control, and PID high-precision closed-loop control. Using a variable frequency drive can achieve energy and emission reduction, especially for high-capacity loads, with more pronounced effects. Direct on/off operations can be performed on the control cabinet, or remote control can be achieved via PLC or DCS systems through terminal outputs. Equipped with circuit breakers, contactors, variable frequency drives, thermal relays, buttons, indicator lights, and auxiliary control devices, it ensures safe and precise control of fans, pumps, and electric valves.
