Product Description:
Micro-perforated aeration diffusers are designed with a slightly convex arch surface, primarily made of ABS engineering plastic. The diaphragms feature specialized imported rubber (EPDM) with excellent adhesion to the surface, processed through special techniques to ensure the quality and precision of the holes. During oxygen-enriched aeration, the main disk is equipped with four air supply grooves, allowing the incoming air to be buffered through a check valve and then directly delivered to the center of the aeration head, ensuring the diaphragm opens with minimal resistance and ease. The diaphragms are assembled using a ribbed anti-backlash mechanical locking system, ensuring they do not fall off. During intake, the micro-perforated gas distribution membrane inflates and opens automatically, ensuring air passage. When aeration stops, the variable micro-perforations on the gas distribution membrane are in a sealed state, preventing blockage due to the membrane's ability to expand and contract automatically.
The base of the micro-porous aeration device is equipped with a check valve, which prevents the mixed liquid from entering the aeration branch pipes when the pipeline system stops supplying gas, thus avoiding blockage due to the entry of mixed liquid. The incoming air does not require special filtration, and intermittent aeration does not cause blockage. It also makes significant technical improvements to the common issues of blowing film tear and difficulty in opening or blocking of the film in the aeration gas film of variable micro-porous aeration devices, which eliminates the trouble of maintenance during long-term operation and is an excellent product of the new generation.

Air tube design should consider pressure balance, forming a ring network, with each intake tube equipped with a valve for easy adjustment of air volume. Design flow rate of air tubes: main pipe at 10-15 meters/second; branch pipes at 5 meters/second. Aerator surface installation height from the pool bottom: 270mm, 250mm, and 200mm for push plate style.
