Wire Rope Mesh Machine

The three-wire rope grating machine is primarily driven by three steel wire ropes guiding the scraper for up and down movement. During the wire rope traction, there is no friction with the grating machine frame. The scraper movement can be controlled either automatically or manually.
The grate machine can clean debris throughout the entire depth of the channel, featuring mandatory rake closure measures. The lifting and opening/closing of the rake are controlled by two drive units and three steel cables, with two cables for the cleaning device's lifting and the middle cable for the rake's opening and closing. When the rake reaches the bottom, the middle steel cable is pulled by the flip-rake mechanism to complete the closing action, trapping debris and other杂物 into the rake. Subsequently, the lifting component activates, lifting the rake upwards. Upon reaching the top, the cleaning mechanism at the top automatically scrapes the debris from the rake into the conveyor.
As the bucket descends, the scraper mechanism opens the bucket through a middle steel cable. During the bucket's up and down movement, the two side steel cables synchronize to lift or lower the bucket. The sludge is scraped up from the wastewater and discharged through the outlet as the bucket moves upwards from below. The bucket travels on the guide rail to ensure it remains level. If the two side steel cables move out of sync or not on the same baseline, the machine will automatically shut down and display a fault signal.
The decontamination function accurately completes the set work cycle, with the structural design ensuring effective cleaning. There are no accumulation blind spots that the rake teeth cannot reach at the bottom of the grate. Under normal circumstances, the grate machine operates intermittently, but it can run continuously for 24 hours when necessary. Once the operation resumes after a break, the rake cleaning mechanism can remove accumulated debris from a fully blocked grate, ensuring the equipment runs without fault.
