Product Introduction:

The composite packing is developed based on soft packing and semi-soft packing, combining the advantages of both. Its structure involves replacing the plastic disc clips with double-loop large plastic rings, pressing aldehyde fiber or polyester filaments onto the ring's circumference to evenly distribute the fiber bundles; the inner ring consists of snowflake-shaped plastic branches, which can both support the biofilm and effectively cut through bubbles, enhancing the transfer rate and utilization of oxygen. This allows for a thorough exchange of the water-gas biofilm, resulting in efficient treatment of organic matter in the water. The composite packing is an ideal choice as packing material under the strong aeration and turbulent water flow.
