As the mainstream type of pump station today, traditional concrete pump stations are used in drainage systems. However, over time, traditional pump stations have also revealed some drawbacks that are difficult to overcome, such as easy corrosion of pool walls, sedimentation of impurities in the pump pit, and low integration difficulty, making effective management and monitoring challenging. To tackle this challenge, our experts conducted extensive testing on glass fiber reinforced plastic storage tank products as early as the early 1990s and successfully developed integrated prefabricated pump stations.

An integrated precast pump station is a buried type precast pump station that is accurately prefabricated in the factory according to the specific requirements of the customer and delivered after installation. The well of this integrated product is produced with advanced materials and customization, internally including pumps, gratings, pipelines, valves, instruments, control equipment, and maintenance facilities, greatly ensuring the cost-effectiveness and operational reliability of the system. There are numerous successful operational cases in areas such as urban waterlogging prevention, rainwater and wastewater collection and treatment.

Integrated precast pump stations are an ideal alternative to traditional sewage pump stations. Typically, traditional pump stations require strict planning and construction, necessitating detailed planning for every aspect, and the installation process itself demands significant labor, materials, and time. A construction site must be set up, concrete poured, and then it needs substantial time to harden. Subsequently, the intake point must be determined, drilling conducted, and necessary components installed. These procedures take at least 2 months to complete. Throughout the construction process, collaboration with contractors for each stage is also required, which consumes a considerable amount of planners' energy and results in varying quality of work from different contractors.

With the integrated precast pump station, you can complete all processes including excavation, backfilling, compaction, connection, leakage testing, control system installation, trial operation, final debugging, and documentation within one to two weeks. This saves 7 weeks of pump station installation time, reducing the time by 80%. More importantly, TPS can solve a series of issues such as traditional pump station leakage and corrosion, pump failures, sedimentation, environmental pollution, frequent maintenance, and high costs.
