Filter Fabric Filter Basin

Filter cloth filter basins are primarily used for filtering wastewater materials, and when combined with purification agents, they can remove any phosphorus from the wastewater. This water source meets the requirements for landscape water, reclaimed water treatment, and the retrofitting of standard A-grade urban sewage treatment plants. The plate filter machines with filtering are divided into internal and external filtering types. A typical solution involves using the corresponding products of the treatment company. Filter modules use air washing and multiple solenoid valves for frequent control of water flow. The drawback of this system is that some of the solenoid valves in the system are not easy to operate. Solenoid valves are prone to damage, which increases the operating and maintenance costs of the equipment.
The filtration system of the filter cloth filter basin mainly includes the wastewater treatment area, water filtration area, and effluent area. The wastewater pipe inlet is located on the side wall at the bottom of the wastewater treatment area. The filter and backwashing devices are arranged within the wastewater treatment and filtered water areas of this region, including the filtered water processed from the outer side of the bottom side wall of the wastewater treatment and filtrate accumulation areas. The wastewater treatment area features a semi-enclosed structure, where the wastewater is submerged after filtration. The upper part of the wastewater is related to the filtered water accumulation area, with the outlet pipe set on the side wall of the lower effluent area. The vertical flat filter cloth filter includes the wastewater treatment area, filtration area, and effluent area.
The filter element of the filter cloth filter pond includes multiple regular filter units. The filtering unit consists of a filter frame, fabric, and frame, a middle grid frame, and fabric and mesh near the W-ribbed cardboard. The backwashing device comprises a drive power unit and a pressure pipeline system. The drive unit includes a train station, driving guide rail, and driving engine. The pressure pipeline backwashing includes a sludge pump, pipes, cleaning pipes, cleaning connection nozzles, and "W" type bellows. This unit utilizes corrugated filtering surface and flushing components to enhance filtering efficiency, achieve high production efficiency, and deliver excellent wastewater treatment and high-quality effluent.
