Utilizing time-programmed control, this method does not require the support of instruments. Initially, the cycle, dosage, time, and frequency of automatic medication are set according to the system's operation needs. During subsequent system operation, the dosing pump automatically dispenses medication upon reaching the medication cycle, shutting off after the specified time. Upon reaching the waste discharge cycle, the dosing pump stops dispensing, and after the prescribed time, it continues to operate to replenish the medication lost during waste discharge, maintaining the system's medication content at a normal level, then shuts off after the specified time.

Intelligent Medication Addition Equipment
Intelligent dosing equipment utilizes sensor signals to control the operation of the dosing pump. This control method requires pH meters, conductivity meters, and corresponding sensors. Initially, set the limit values for control parameters (pH or conductivity) based on the system's operational needs. If the system detects any of the following during operation, the dosing device will activate: if the pH level is below or above the set value. A low pH indicates excessive acidity, suggesting corrosion tendencies in the system; a high pH suggests excessive alkalinity, indicating scaling tendencies. The detection instrument will then feed this signal back to the control system, which will issue commands to the metering pump to open the dosing system to adjust the pH level. Once the pH returns to normal, the metering pump shuts off. If the conductivity exceeds the set value, it indicates the system has excessive salt content, suggesting corrosion and scaling tendencies. The monitoring instrument will then relay this signal to the control system, which will issue commands to the drain solenoid valve to open the drain. Once the conductivity returns to normal, the solenoid valve closes. Subsequently, the metering pump opens to add medication, replenishing the lost chemicals due to drainage, maintaining the system's medication level at a normal level. The metering pump shuts off after the prescribed time.
