Product Overview:
The ZBG-type peripheral transmission sludge scraper is widely used in water supply and drainage, and municipal engineering for the collection and removal of sludge from sedimentation tanks. It can be classified into single peripheral transmission sludge scraper and double peripheral transmission sludge scraper according to its structure.
Structure and Working Principle:
The ZBG type peripheral drive sludge pump is mainly composed of a flow stabilizer tube, a collecting device, a central support, a working bridge (main beam), a scraper structure, a slag discharge mechanism, a driving unit, a walking unit, and an electric control box.
The center support is composed of a fixed support base, a swivel bearing, and a bridge frame, capable of simultaneously bearing axial force, radial force, and overturning moment. The electrical collecting device employs a sliding ring collector, consisting of a collector ring and a brush holder. The slag removal mechanism is composed of a slag scraper, a slag rake plate, and a slag funnel, effectively clearing floating debris on the water surface. The working bridge is a large component connecting the center support and the walking end beam, featuring walkways and railings. The bottom of the steel beam is connected to the sludge scraping structure and slag removal mechanism, which, under the drive of the walking device, completes the sludge scraping and slag removal tasks.
Raw water does not flow out from the bottom of the pool and, after being evenly distributed by the flow regulator, it radiates towards the peripheral collecting channels around the pool. As the radial flow velocity decreases, suspended particles in the raw water are separated and settle at the bottom of the pool. The working bridge, with the central support as its center, drives the sludge scraping and waste removal mechanism. Under the power of the drive unit, sludge is scraped and collected into the central sludge collecting channel of the sedimentation pool, and is then discharged out of the pool depending on water pressure or a pump. The floating waste above is simultaneously scraped by the scraper plate and discharged into the waste removal bin.
