Usage and Brief Introduction:
The CG suspended shaft-type central drive污泥刮泥机 is suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks with large diameter, where central water intake, peripheral effluent, and central sludge discharge are required, primarily used for sludge discharge in the secondary sedimentation tanks of urban wastewater treatment plants.

Structure and Working Principle:
The CG cantilever-type central drive sludge scraper is mainly composed of the working bridge, central drive unit, central rotating vertical bracket, scraper arm, intermediate tie rod, tensioning wire, guiding tube, and sludge removal device, etc.
The equipment employs central transmission and a vertical frame design. Wastewater enters the guide tube through the inlet pipe, spreads after dilution, and then uniformly radiates outward around the perimeter. Sludge in suspension settles at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The driving unit rotates the central vertical frame, which in turn drives the scraper arm and mud scraper to move the sludge from the pool perimeter towards the central mud collection channel. The sludge is then discharged out of the pool through the mud discharge pipe, relying on the static water pressure within the pool. Floating debris on the water surface is removed by the skimming device to the pool edge and then scraped into the sludge removal hopper for discharge outside the pool. The clear liquid overflows through the overflow weir plate into the discharge trough and is排出.
Electrical Control: Equipment can be set for start-up, shutdown, and operation time according to user requirements, and comes with a PLC interface.
