WLS Shaftless Spiral Conveyors

Overview and Working Principle:
The shaftless screw conveyor is designed for conveying various waste and filter cakes generated in industrial production processes. It features a shaftless spiral design, where materials are fed in at the inlet and conveyed through the spiral to the discharge end, with the entire conveying process occurring within an enclosed trough, except for the inlets and outlets. The drive employs an axially mounted reducer, with bearings and dust-proof oil seals installed at the reducer end. The equipment operates without high-speed rotating parts, has a wear-resistant nylon lining on the screw, ensuring low wear and minimal maintenance requirements.

Technical Features:
1. The screw conveyor features a precision cast shaftless spiral design, ensuring smooth material transport without clogging.
2. The driving unit is mounted at one end of the screw conveyor and directly connected to the screw shaft, without the need for a coupling.
3. The helical conveying trough has a U-shaped trough body with a U-shaped cross-section. Apart from the feeding and discharging ports being open, the rest is in an enclosed design.
4. Conveyor housing, cover panels, and feed hopper are all bent for reinforcement, ensuring the longevity of the main equipment.
5. The conveying trough is bearing-free, ensuring smooth material flow.

The width of the helical groove, conveyor length, angle, and feed and discharge port dimensions can be customized by the user.
This conveyor can be designed with various installation methods, such as hoisting and wall mounting, and optional leg casters are available.
