Product Overview:
The spiral press is mainly used for the conveying and dewatering of screenings, and can be used in conjunction with格栅cleaning machines and conveyors. It extracts the sludge from the格栅cleaning machine, squeezes out the moisture, thereby reducing the volume of the screenings.
The LY type screw extruder is mainly composed of a driving unit, extrusion screw, conveying tube, discharge pipe, abrasion-resistant liner, and drainage channel. The waste material is squeezed into the extrusion tube through the feeding port and then discharged through the discharge pipe, while the wastewater is separated and flows into the drainage channel to achieve the separation purpose. The liners are made of abrasion-resistant steel, which is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
The squeezing cylinder features a tubular structure with high strength and resistance to extrusion. It operates in a sealed environment, except for the inlets and outlets.
The extrusion spiral features an axial spiral design, with the blades precision-welded and drawn from both inner and outer circular sections, ensuring accurate pitch and concentricity.
