Notice of the 3rd Certification and Re-examination for Operators

All relevant parties:

Shandong Provincial Institute of Standardization will, in accordance with the "Regulations for the Assessment of Special Equipment Welding Operators" and relevant regulations from the provincial and municipal bureaus, conduct the third certification, re-examination, and additional training for non-metallic welding (PE) operators of special equipment, as allocated by the administrative permit issuance authority, from May 19th to May 25th, 2025.ExamEmployees are scheduled for an examination. (One) Exam Schedule for Theoretical Examination

Date: May 19th, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Location: Room 106, 1st Floor, Examination Room, Shandong Provincial Institute of Standardization (No. 9, Shandong University Road).

(II) Practical Operation Exam Arrangement

Date: May 19th, 8:30 AM - May 25th, 5:00 PM.

Location: Shandong Provincial Institute of Standardization (No. 9 Shandong University Road), Non-metallic Welding Laboratory.

Section 2: Exam Requirements

All examination items for candidates are self-prepared; the examination body does not provide examination item samples. Please refer to Attachment 1 for quantity, size, and quality standards.

Candidates must report to the lobby on the 1st floor of Building No. 9, Shandong Road on May 18th to sign in; failure to do so will be considered a withdrawal from the exam. Please bring your ID card, admission ticket, and acceptance notice to submit at the time of reporting.

Candidates must strictly adhere to the "Examination Room Regulations" and arrive 20 minutes prior to the exam, as per the "Examination Precautions" outlined in the exam notice, carrying their ID card and admission ticket for verification. No unexcused lateness is allowed.

Students are expected to adhere to all examination discipline, willingly comply with the supervisors' management, and must not hinder the supervisors from performing their duties for any reason. They are also prohibited from disrupting the order of the examination venue or other examination work locations. Offenders of regulations and disciplinary violations, as well as those involved in examination cheating, will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.

During the exam period, candidates are advised to take personal safety precautions and wear masks throughout.

During the exam period, accommodation and meals will be arranged collectively, with all expenses to be covered by the participants.
