Centrifugal glass wool boards are a type of board product made by solidifying centrifugal glass wool, which possesses certain strength.

Ultra-fine Glass Fiber: Ultra-fine glass fiber is a type of glass fiber, an artificial inorganic fiber. Made with imported equipment and U.S. technology, it primarily uses crushed glass as raw material, along with some soda ash, borax, and other additives. The molten glass is spun into glass microfibers in the form of cotton-like tufts with diameters of 2.5 to 5 μm. Commonly known as glass wool, these fibers are cross-woven in a three-dimensional pattern, featuring numerous interconnected tiny pores and cavities. Thus, it is considered a porous material with advantages such as light weight, low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption properties, non-flammability, corrosion resistance, non-toxicity, termite resistance, skin-friendly, high hydrophobicity, and good chemical stability. It is an ideal material for producing glass fiber adsorptive separators for sealed lead-acid batteries, filter paper, and insulating paper, as well as for VIP (vacuum insulating panels). It is widely recognized as an ideal material for insulation, noise reduction, and heat insulation.

Glass Core Material:

The glass core material is a vital component of VIPs, playing a crucial role in the thermal conductivity of vacuum insulation panels. After vacuum extraction, the core material possesses certain strength, serving as a skeletal support. The fiber distribution of the core material is decisive for the insulation performance of VIPs. Thus, the more evenly distributed the fibers in the core material are, the lower its thermal conductivity will be, resulting in better insulation properties.

Glass wool board is a deep-processed product of glass wool, made from semi-finished glass wool boards through processes such as polishing, glue spraying, pasting, and processing. To ensure a certain decorative effect, there are basically two surface treatment methods: one is to apply a plastic facing paper; the other is to spray paint on the surface. The spray painting is often done in bas-relief shapes, featuring patterns such as large flower embossing, medium flower flattening, and small dot spraying.
