Product Description Chronos is a temperature-resolved nanospectrometer based on the Allalin quantitative CL system. In continuous operation mode, Chronos operates similarly to the Allalin system, utilizing the same high current density Schottky field emission electron gun. In the time-resolved mode, the same gun is driven by a ultrafast laser to produce short-pulse electrons. The Attolight high-efficiency quantitative CL collection system is a crucial component of Chronos, as the excitation current intensity in pulse mode is thousands of times lower than in continuous mode. The precise synchronization of the excitation laser and detector makes picosecond time-resolved CL possible. The switch between pulse and continuous modes is automated, taking a few minutes, making the system highly suitable for multi-user environments, catering to various user needs and its high-throughput performance. Chronos is designed for researchers needing dynamic spectral information with nanoscale spatial resolution and picosecond temporal resolution. Chronos is equipped with a set of chao fast detectors that quan the wavelength range from ultraviolet to infrared, optimizing performance for users' applications. Its multifunctional design also enables it to perform advanced methods such as pump/probe spectroscopy and dynamic SEM.
