Product Information

Benefiting from a multifunctional system including light collection or injection modes. Reveals the characteristics of the sample: composition, structure, or defects. Fully utilizes an optimized system with a large collection angle. Excites the sample to reveal local behavior under photo-thermal stimulation.

 Advantages:

• Mirror independent of the sample rack, achieving wan beauty and you-style alignment

• Ensure proper alignment accuracy and reproducibility for the coding system (100nm accuracy)

• Capable of collecting light in free space or through fiber injection

Features:

Light Collection Mode:

• Du's parabolic collecting mirror, designed for installation with a minimum gap of 4.5mm between the poles.

• A sub-micron precision positioning system for aligning the mirror with the sample's wafer.

• Curved parabolic mirrors with NA > 0.4

• Working distance reduced to 300µm for maximizing light collection and injection efficiency.

Patented asymmetric optical fiber, designed to maintain brightness and spectral resolution.

Monch employs an asymmetric fiber optic, with the fiber bundle repositioned from circular to parallel with the entrance slit of the imaging spectrometer. This allows for consistent spectral resolution even as the slit opens and the light spot moves at the slit entrance due to scanning.

Light injection mode:

• For local photo or thermal excitation of the sample, the beam size decreases to a few micrometers.

• Concurrent injection and light collection measurement capabilities.

STEM Compatibility:

• Compatible with most (S)TEM models: JEOL, TFS/FEI, Hitachi, Nion VG

• Boot Distance: Min. 4.5mm

• A usable port is available in the PPG plane.
