Product Information Biological Macromolecule Interaction Analyzer MP-SPR Navi™ 420A ILVES: The 4-channel MP-SPR Navi™ 420A ILVES is one of the fastest members in the MP-SPR family, designed for studying intermolecular interactions. Its Kinetic Titration feature makes it a solution for "surface regeneration" or rapid result acquisition. PureKinetics™ uniquely eliminates the bulk effect, extending the lifespan of functionalized sensors and ensuring the smallest dead volume, providing high-quality kinetic data for both small molecules and pure, original samples, including proteins in serum. Application Fields Antibody Characterization We can measure the affinity and kinetics of antibody-antigen interactions in various liquids, including complex ones such as serum, urine, or saliva. Biological Sensor Development From nanoparticle-based competitive analysis to electrochemical sensors, up to direct analytical methods, MP-SPR will display all steps of the analysis process. Bio-sensors can be developed on glass, polymers, silicon dioxide, metal surfaces, or nanoparticles. Biological Materials MP-SPR measures interactions occurring on polymers with thicknesses up to 5μm. MP-SPR is the most sensitive unlabelled technique for studying biological material interactions and characterizing layers. It can optimize: novel coatings for cell and tissue engineering, and new industrial protective coatings. Technical Specifications Measurement is not only conducted in aqueous solutions but also in organic liquids such as ethanol and acetonitrile. For compatibility with other organic liquids, please inquire with us. PureKinetics™ allows measurement in serum and permits a high refractive index difference between running buffer and sample. Therefore, when the injected sample contains 5% DMSO to ensure solubility, the running buffer can be free of DMSO (0% DMSO). Principle of Measurement Real-time and unmarked multi-parameter surface plasmon resonance (MP-SPR) is an SPR device based on actual angle measurement, equipped with a rotating laser and detector. Wide angle measurement range: 40°- 78°, true angle resolution: 0.001. Automatic 96-hole plate liquid processing for unattended operation. 4 flow channels. Channels can be configured individually or in series. The dual sample loop injection mode is achieved, facilitating rapid Kinetic Titration experiments, as well as experiments in multiple buffers. Precisely controls the flow of injection pump buffering liquid and is equipped with an integrated degassing unit. Flow Rate Range: 1 μl/min - 1000 μl/min Partial ring injection can reduce the sample consumption to the lowest. Minimum sample volume: 100 μl, minimum injection volume: 50 μl. The unique PureSample™ feature eliminates diluted samples from entering the measurement channel. All channels are at a standard wavelength: 670 nm. 1.00-1.40 (measured in the environment of the measuring body). MP-SPR can measure layers with higher refractive indices (RI), such as diamond-like (2.7) and inorganic crystals. A complete scan includes two environments: gas and liquid. Angular scan mode, "MP-SPR mode": Scans a series of angles, providing a complete SPR curve and multiple parameters. Several sensor spectra can be extracted from the complete SPR curve, such as PureKinetics™. Sample rate depends on the selected angle range and resolution, typically less than 2 seconds. Fixed-angle mode, "Traditional SPR Mode": Measures at a single angle, providing a time-intensity sensor spectrum. Models for studying rapid dynamics feature a sampling rate as fast as 1 ms. Thickness: From angstrom to micrometers (specific range depends on the refractive index of the material) Dynamics: ka = 103– 1081/(M*s),kd = 10-7– 0.11/s,KD = 10-12– 10-3M 1μRIU (refractive index); 1pg/mm2(Surface Coverage); Smallest Molecule Detected: 2 Da hydrogen in the gas phase; <100 Da in the liquid phase. Short-term noise 0.3 μRIU, baseline drift (long-term) < 1 μRIU/min Temperature Measurement Range: 15℃–45℃ (Room Temperature +20℃/-7℃) Prisms with matching adhesive enable rapid sensor replacement, preventing sample contamination from refractive index matching oil, and allow for further analysis of the sample using other methods. No need for refractive index matching oil or expensive gold-plated prisms. Easily replace the flow pool with a single release button. Standard流通池: PDMS material, 4 channels, each channel volume 1μl. Optional Flow Cell: SPR321-EC: Electrochemical Flow Cell (1 Compartment); or Customized Flow Cell upon request! Available in a wide range of surfaces, such as: metals (Au, Ag, Cu, Pt, etc.), other inorganic substances (SiO2, etc.).2,Al2O3,TiO2, etc.) or functionalized surfaces (CMD, Ni, etc.)2+Protein A, Biotin, Strepavidin, disulfide, etc. The chip holder enables non-in-situ deposition on the sensor surface (such as dipping coating). If you can't find the sensor you need, we can provide a custom one upon request. MP-SPR Navi™ Control and DataViewer software. Includes TraceDrawer™ software for dynamic analysis. Optional: LayerSolver™ fitting tool for layer characterization. No service contract required, unless you wish to have one. HPLC piping makes it easy to replace fluid components.
