Biomass Briquette Press Roller Automatic Adjustment Function: Utilizes the principle of bidirectional rotation of thrust bearings to automatically adjust the pressure angle, ensuring that the material does not clump together or jam, thus guaranteeing stable discharge and shaping. The biomass briquetting machine is easy to operate and convenient to use: with a high degree of automation, requires minimal labor, and can be fed manually or automatically via a conveyor. Biomass briquette machine working principle: Composed of parts such as the feeding conveyor, compressor, and discharge machine. The compressor consists of the frame, motor, feed inlet, transmission system, pressure roller, annular mold, electric heating ring, and discharge outlet. Operating Principle: The prepared straw or forage is chopped or shredded to a length of less than 50mm and the moisture content is controlled between 10% to 25%. The material is then conveyed into the feed port by the feeding conveyor. Through the rotation of the main shaft, the pressure roller is driven, and with the self-rotation of the roller, the material is forced out in block form through the mold holes and falls out of the discharge port. After cooling (moisture content not exceeding 14%), it is bagged and packaged. Structural Features: 1. The motor drives the reducer, which in turn rotates the main shaft. This shaft then powers the roller, making the structure simple and easy to maintain; 2. The radial gap adjustment between the roller and mold is convenient, ensuring proper spacing between the two rollers and the mold; 3. Additional upper and lower electrical heating rings are added, which can heat the ring mold, facilitating material shaping.
