Chipping machine

The chipper series products are equipment for processing wood chips. This product is the first-choice equipment at the preparatory stage for various industrial and corporate operations, including particleboard factories, medium and high-density fiberboard factories, straw factories, biomass power plants, and wood chip factories.

This product features advanced structure, high-quality cutting material, and good material adaptability, with easy operation and maintenance. The primary raw materials for cutting include small-diameter wood, wood cutting residues (such as branches, twigs, bark, strips, core logs, and waste plywood, etc.), and can also be used to cut non-wood materials (such as sugarcane, reeds, bamboo, etc.).

The drum chipper is composed of the main body, blade roller, upper and lower feeding rollers, conveyor belt, and hydraulic system. The main body is made of high-strength steel plate welding and serves as the support foundation for the entire machine. The blade roller is equipped with two, three, or four flying knives, secured to the blade roller using special flying knife bolts and pressure blocks. Depending on the varying thickness of the material being cut, the upper feeding roller assembly can float up and down within a certain range with the help of the hydraulic system. The qualified chip material falls through the screen mesh and is discharged from the bottom, while larger chips are further cut within the machine.

Hydraulic System: Supplied by an oil pump to the cylinder, it can activate the cover for easy blade replacement; during maintenance, it can lift the upper feeding roller assembly for convenient adjustment of the flying blade and bottom blade gaps, as well as the disassembly and assembly of the comb plate.
