Working Principle:

The Wood Comprehensive Crushing Machine (Disk-type Root Crushing Machine) operates by the motor driving the rotor to rotate at high speed. Simultaneously, the feed hopper also rotates slowly under the motor's power. Materials are dropped into the hopper by the grab machine, and as the hopper rotates, the inner wall's feed teeth evenly distribute the materials onto the rotor. The high-speed rotating rotor, upon contacting the materials, achieves preliminary crushing through the cutting and tearing of blades on the rotor. The materials that have been preliminarily crushed fall onto the screen in the crushing chamber due to their own weight and the impact force from the rotor. Materials meeting the requirements pass through the screen, while those that do not undergo secondary or even tertiary crushing within the chamber until they meet the standards.
