Pure Water Injection System

Pure water equipment has extensive applications in the medical field. Firstly, different departments often require different types of medical water. For instance, surgery departments need large amounts of purified water for surgical procedures, which must be free from contamination to ensure sterility; obstetrics and gynecology departments require even purer water for newborn baths and instrument cleaning to prevent infections; and dental departments need ultra-pure water for oral surgeries and teeth cleaning. Additionally, the pharmacy department needs a significant volume of water to manufacture medications, which are ingested directly into the body, necessitating extremely pure, clean, and sterile water to ensure the quality and safety of the drugs. Moreover, the hospital's laboratory requires large quantities of high-quality water for washing equipment and tubes, preparing reagents, culturing cells, etc. The water quality in the lab is of utmost importance, as it must be free of ions, heavy metals, and other harmful substances to ensure the stability and accuracy of experiments.

Purified water equipment finds wide applications outside of the medical field. For instance, in the industrial sector, it's used to produce high-purity water for pharmaceutical production; in the food and beverage industry, it's employed to manufacture pure drinking water and beverages; and in the electronics industry, it's utilized to produce high-purity water needed for semiconductors, integrated circuits, and other electronic products.
Pure water equipment is one of the key devices in the medical field, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality of medical water and enhancing medical standards.

Basic Composition:

The Purified Water Preparation System is primarily composed of a raw water tank, raw water pump, sand filter, carbon filter, fine filter, reverse osmosis unit, purified water tank, pure water pump, UV sterilizer, mixed bed, and microporous filter, among others. The raw water tank, raw water pump, sand filter, carbon filter, and fine filter constitute the pretreatment system, which mainly serves to remove suspended solids, colloids, and organic matter from the raw water; the reverse osmosis unit is the core of the purification process, capable of removing over 98% of ions, achieving high-purity water quality; the UV sterilizer is used to eliminate bacteria and viruses in the water; the mixed bed is for further removal of ions and fine particles; and the microporous filter is for filtering out fine particles and microorganisms from the water.

Technical Requirements:

Technical requirements for the pure water preparation system are very stringent, necessitating the following conditions:

Water Quality Requirements: The quality requirements for purified water are extremely high, needing to meet pharmacopoeial standards, such as resistance rate reaching over 1 Mohm, and total organic carbon (TOC) content being below 5 ppb, etc.

2. Water output requirement: The purified water preparation system must meet the water needs of the production line, with an adequate water output and ensure stable water quality.

3. System Stability Requirements: The purification water production system must be highly stable, capable of continuous operation for extended periods, with a low failure rate.

Principle of Equipment Operation:
The working principle primarily includes steps such as water pretreatment, softening, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and ultraviolet sterilization. Firstly, the incoming water undergoes pretreatment to remove large particles and suspended solids; then, through the softening process, calcium, magnesium, and other ions in the water are removed to prevent scale formation; next, the water is subjected to reverse osmosis to eliminate trace dissolved substances, impurities, heavy metals, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses; and finally, ion exchange and ultraviolet sterilization further ensure the purity and safety of the water.
