Equipment Introduction:
The reverse osmosis pure water equipment utilizes full automatic control to minimize the impact of human error on the equipment. The pretreatment system incorporates a redox system design to address the irreparable damage caused by excessive residual chlorine to the reverse osmosis membrane. The reverse osmosis membranes are selected from American original imported models, with a service life of up to 3 years and an output conductivity of less than 5 us. Pumps are chosen from domestic Nanning Pumps and imported Grundfos pumps, featuring low operating noise and a long service life.

Component Function Descriptions:
1. Raw Water Tank: Primarily addresses the issue of unstable tap water pressure, reducing the frequent start-up of the booster pump and mechanical failures caused by the instability of tap water pressure during operation.
2. Quartz Sand Filter: Potable water enters from the top of the tank, evenly distributed by the upper distributor and flows downward through the filter layer. After passing through the filter layer, the water exits through the lower distributor, forming filtered water.
3. Activated Carbon Filters: The internal structure of the activated carbon filter is identical to that of a quartz sand filter. After the activated carbon adsorption process, the residual chlorine in tap water can generally be reduced to below 0.1 mg/l.
4. Precision Filter: Primarily utilizes 5μm melt-blown filter cores to remove fine particles, further preparing the feed water for reverse osmosis.
5. High-pressure pump: Provides the necessary power for reverse osmosis operation.
6. Reverse Osmosis System: The reverse osmosis system is a core component of the reverse osmosis pure water equipment, with the design primarily focusing on the three key issues of the number, brand, and arrangement of the membrane elements.
7. Pure Water Tank: Used for storing pure water.

The operation principle of this equipment is as follows: Water in the raw water tank is pressurized by the booster pump, then passed through a multi-media filter and an activated carbon filter to remove impurities. Afterward, it is treated through an anion exchange bed to remove calcium, magnesium, and other cations, achieving purified water standards. When the output water meets production requirements, it is transported to the storage tank via a flow meter for laboratory use. The mixed bed uses anion exchange resin to thoroughly remove all harmful substances from the purified water, reaching ultra-pure water standards.
