Disease Control and Prevention Laboratory Wastewater Treatment Equipment - Small Scale Sewage Treatment Unit - Customizable
The application of laboratory wastewater treatment equipment requires proper arrangement. Good arrangement ensures more complete treatment of wastewater, guarantees minimum water output, and is highly recommended by environmental protection authorities today.
With the development of the national environmental protection situation and the enhancement of public environmental awareness, wastewater treatment equipment is required wherever wastewater is produced, whether in communities, schools, hotels, service areas, factories, and other units. Laboratory wastewater treatment equipment technology refers to the wastewater treatment technology where the main structures of the wastewater treatment facilities are buried underground or semi-underground, characterized by small land occupation, low noise, no odor, minimal impact from climate, convenient management, and high treatment efficiency.

Product Features:
1. Treat wastewater inorganic pollutants using neutralization coagulation, natural sedimentation, fiber fine filtration, and activated carbon adsorption techniques.
2. Features around-the-clock, fully automatic operation; no need for on-site staff.
3. Accurately control the dosage with a pH meter and imported metering pump.
4. User-friendly, stable operation, long service life, and low maintenance costs.
5. Small land area, can be installed indoors or outdoors as needed.
6. Custom design and manufacturing according to various customer requirements.

Process Description:
Wastewater is collected and homogenized in a sedimentation tank, then flows into a neutralization reactor where a measured amount of acid (or alkali) solution is added based on the water quality characteristics for neutralization. The neutralized wastewater is then pumped to a filtration tank for filtration. During this process, a measured amount of净水剂 solution is also introduced to promote flocculation of pollutants in the wastewater, enhancing filtration efficiency. The filtered clean water is passed through an ultraviolet sterilizer before flowing into a bioactive carbon tank, where fine pollutants are further intercepted and adsorbed for decomposition. The treated clean water is then directly discharged into the urban sewage network.

While pumping the wastewater, a measured amount of净水剂 solution is also introduced to cause flocculation reactions in the pollutants, enhancing the filtration efficiency. The filtered clean water is disinfected by an ozone sterilizer before flowing into a biological activated carbon tank, further trapping and adsorbing fine pollutants. The treated water is then directly discharged into the urban sewage network.
