Subsurface Wastewater Treatment Equipment - Integrated Wastewater Treatment - Effluent Treatment Equipment - Quankun
Product Description:
A compact wastewater treatment unit is an independent, integrated system designed for areas far from urban sewage networks where constructing a wastewater treatment plant is not feasible, requiring no personnel operation for laboratory and domestic wastewater treatment. Its effluent quality exceeds the national secondary discharge standards. It is suitable for university research zones, tourist areas, scenic spots, villa communities, resorts, rural areas, and more. These small-scale wastewater treatment systems typically employ Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology, a new process that combines biological treatment with membrane separation, completely replacing the secondary sedimentation tank in traditional processes. It efficiently separates solids from liquids, yielding stable reclaimed water for direct use. It can also maintain high concentrations of microorganisms in the bioreactor, resulting in minimal residual sludge, highly effective removal of ammonia nitrogen, and near-zero suspended solids and turbidity in the effluent. Bacteria and viruses are significantly reduced, with low energy consumption and a small footprint.

Equipment Features:
1. Full Automatic Control
2. Compact structure, minimal land footprint
3. Low total cost, corrosion-resistant, and long service life
4. Low transit costs, stable water quality upon discharge

Process Features:
1. Utilizes technologies such as neutralization precipitation, chemical oxidation, heavy metal capture, photocatalytic reactions, micro-electrolysis, ozone oxidation, and multi-media filtration to treat various pollutants in wastewater; 2. Equipped with a microcomputer program for real-time monitoring and control of wastewater quality and treatment processes, ensuring 24/7 automatic operation without the need for constant supervision; 3. Accurately controls dosing with pH meters and imported metering pumps, featuring liquid level control, medication shortage alarms, and automatic sludge discharge; 4. Features advanced aeration equipment, ensuring thorough gas-water contact and complete reaction; 5. User-friendly, stable operation, long service life, and low running and maintenance costs; 6. Compact footprint, suitable for installation indoors or outdoors as per different requirements; 7. Customizable to meet specific customer needs for design and manufacturing.

Application Scope:
1. Coal mine residential wastewater treatment, villa area wastewater treatment, and university research wastewater treatment.
2. Residential complexes, corporate dormitories, and highway service area wastewater treatment.
3. Rural community wastewater treatment, town and country wastewater treatment, areas without urban pipelines, and other similar wastewater treatment projects.

Submersible Wastewater Treatment Equipment - Integrated Wastewater Treatment - Effluent Treatment Equipment - Quankun
Equipment Process:
Wastewater is collected through sewage pipes and stored in an external storage tank for uniform water quality regulation and preliminary sedimentation of large particles. An internal float ball sensor detects the water level, and once it reaches the set high level, it is pumped to the main equipment via an external lift pump. It first enters the pH adjustment tank, where it is controlled by a pH meter (parameters are factory-set, but can be adjusted according to actual conditions) to automatically adjust the pH by adding acid or alkali. After pH adjustment, the wastewater flows into the micro-electrolysis tank, where it undergoes electrolysis through internal potential differences, reducing COD and removing some heavy metal ions. It then sequentially enters the flocculation sedimentation tank, where flocculation and sedimentation are achieved by adding PAC or PAM, reducing SS. Flowing into the clear water tank, it is automatically pumped to a multimedia filter by a self-priming pump for adsorption filtration, then into a slow-release disinfection unit for disinfection treatment. After treatment, the wastewater meets comprehensive discharge standards.
