Laboratory wastewater treatment is often overlooked, and chemical laboratory wastewater poses certain environmental pollution. The wastewater generated from scientific research institutions, environmental monitoring centers, and drug inspection facilities is highly harmful. With the increasing amount of chemical laboratory wastewater, many laboratories simply dump untreated wastewater into the sewers. Given the complex composition of experimental wastewater, which contains a high concentration of acids, bases, hexavalent chromium, arsenic compounds, phenols, benzene, and other toxic and harmful substances, direct discharge is bound to pollute potable water and living environments. It is therefore urgent to find an economic, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly wastewater treatment process for chemical laboratory wastewater.

Product Features:
Utilizing dissolution method, featuring automatic sustained-release and pressure-chlorination process design, with solid CL medication containing over 80% as the main raw material. The disinfectant produced through the rational mixing of water and medication for sustained-release is then introduced into the required pool (well) for thorough contact and sterilization disinfection.

Process Description:
Wastewater is collected and homogenized in a sedimentation tank before flowing into a neutralization reaction tank, where a measured amount of acid (or alkali) solution is added based on the water quality characteristics for neutralization. The neutralized wastewater is then pumped to a filter tank for filtration. During this process, a measured amount of净水剂 solution is also introduced to cause flocculation reactions in the pollutants, enhancing the filtration efficiency. The filtered clean water is disinfected by an ozone sterilizer before being transferred to a bioactive carbon tank, where fine pollutants are further intercepted and adsorbed for decomposition. The treated clean water is then directly discharged into the urban sewage pipeline network.
