During the treatment of industrial saline wastewater, the wastewater enters a low-temperature multiple-effect concentration crystallization unit. It undergoes a 3-6-stage evaporation and condensation process to separate into desalinated water (which may contain trace low-boiling point organic substances) and concentrated crystal slurry waste. Inorganic salts and some organic substances can be crystallized and separated, then incinerated to become inorganic salt slag. Non-crystallizable organic substances in the concentrated waste liquid can be processed using a drum evaporator to form solid waste, which is then incinerated. The desalinated water can be returned to the production system to replace softened water for use.
The low-temperature multi-effect evaporation concentration crystallization system can not only be applied to the concentration and crystallization processes in chemical production but also to the evaporation concentration crystallization treatment of industrial saline wastewater.


Wastewater enters the pond through the inlet pipe and flows forward and sideways within the central inlet channel of the pond. It is then ejected by the guide plates and enters the inclined channels via the side water outlets. As the water flows, the contained solid particles settle on the parallel inclined channel components. They then slide into the sedimentation sump at the bottom of the pond. In the sump, the sludge is concentrated and discharged through the sludge outlet. The clarified liquid rises along the inclined channels, flows into the collecting trough through the passageways, and is then discharged through adjustable weir outlets. The purpose of designing passageways in the inclined section is to create a pressure difference as the clarified liquid enters the collecting trough, ensuring uniform flow distribution among the inclined channels, eliminating short-circuiting, and thus fully utilizing the area of the entire inclined plate.
