The low-temperature distillation waste liquid treatment equipment operates under an evaporation state of around 33℃ to concentrate and evaporate cutting fluid waste liquid. After a series of purification processes including pretreatment, low-temperature evaporation, ceramic membrane filtration, etc., the treated water meets the standard for discharge after testing. The concentrated cutting fluid waste liquid residues are outsourced for processing, reducing treatment costs.

During the treatment of industrial saline wastewater, the wastewater is fed into a low-temperature multi-effect concentration crystallization unit. It undergoes a concentration and crystallization process through 3-6 stages of evaporation and condensation, separating into desalinated water (which may contain trace low-boiling-point organic substances) and concentrated slurry waste; inorganic salts and some organic substances can be crystallized and separated, then incinerated to become inorganic salt waste; non-crystallizable organic substances in the concentrated waste liquid can be processed in a drum evaporator to form solid waste, then incinerated; the desalinated water can be returned to the production system for reuse instead of softened water.
