During the treatment of industrial saline wastewater, the wastewater is fed into a low-temperature multi-effect concentration crystallization unit. It undergoes a concentration and crystallization process through 3-6 stages of evaporation and condensation, separating into desalinated water (which may contain trace low-boiling-point organic substances) and concentrated slurry waste; inorganic salts and some organic substances can be crystallized and separated, then incinerated to become inorganic salt waste; non-crystallizable organic substances in the concentrated waste liquid can be processed in a drum evaporator to form solid waste, then incinerated; the desalinated water can be returned to the production system for reuse instead of softened water.
