Ultra-pure water machines remove impurities, ions, and organic matter from tap water or other water sources through multi-stage filtration and ion exchange processes, producing highly pure water. During this process, reverse osmosis technology plays a crucial role. Under high pressure, water is filtered and separated through a semi-permeable membrane, removing most ions, organic matter, and particles. Subsequently, the ion exchange technology further enhances the purity of the water by吸附ing the remaining ions with resin, ensuring the final water has high purity and low ion concentration.

The essence of the ultra-pure water system is a combination of ion exchange and reverse osmosis technologies. It includes a water-making and production system consisting of equipment such as ultra-purification columns, original water pumps, water tanks, booster pumps, water intake handles, RO membranes, pipelines, sterilization modules, control systems, and UV lamps. The ultra-pure water instrument's purification column is a crucial filtration component that effectively removes ions and organic matter from water using ion exchange resin technology. The water filtered through this process can remove bacteria as small as 0.4~1um, viruses with a volume of 0.4-0.02um, heavy metals, compounds, and other substances, achieving high water quality standards.
