Nanjing Small Automatic Laboratory Waste Water Treatment Equipment

Wastewater generated from experiments is first collected by the collection system and then enters the equalization pond and laboratory wastewater treatment equipment to adjust water volume and homogenize water quality. Once the water level in the equalization pond reaches a certain height, it is pumped in a quantified manner to the post-treatment unit. In the integrated wastewater treatment equipment, it first enters the acid-base neutralization equalization system for acid-base neutralization. In the laboratory biological wastewater treatment equipment, pH is accurately adjusted to between 8 and 9 using a metering pump to add NaOH or citric acid solutions. Under alkaline conditions, if heavy metal ions such as iron, cadmium, copper, manganese, nickel, lead, and chromium are present in the wastewater, they react with OH- to form hydroxide precipitates. The treated effluent from the acid-base neutralization pond flows into a sedimentation pond where PAC/PAM flocculating aids are added. How much is the laboratory wastewater treatment equipment? After acid-base neutralization, the precipitates and other suspended solids in the wastewater are flocculated and settled in the sedimentation pond, achieving separation of sludge and water. After treatment by the acid-base neutralization system, some dissolved substances form precipitates, which, along with suspended solids in the wastewater, are separated in the sedimentation pond, ensuring the full separation of sludge and water and meeting the suspended solids standards.

General Principles for Laboratory Wastewater Treatment:

1. Upon demonstrating that waste has become sufficiently scarce and safe, it may be released into the atmosphere or drainage; endeavor to concentrate the waste liquids to reduce volume, then store them in a safe, isolated location; separate hazardous materials using methods like distillation, filtration, and adsorption, discarding only the safe components; regardless of whether liquid or solid, anything that can be safely burned should be, but in moderate quantities, avoiding residue of harmful gases or ash; if incineration is not possible, choose a safe site for landfilling, ensuring it is not exposed to the ground.

2. Toxic gases can generally be exhausted through fume hoods or ventilation ducts after being diluted by air. Large quantities of toxic gases must be burned with oxygen or treated by adsorption before they can be released.

3. Wastewater should be stored in appropriate containers and locations based on its chemical properties, using sealed containers, and should not be mixed for storage. Label the type, storage duration, and schedule for regular disposal.

Process Description:

Wastewater is collected and homogenized in a collection tank, then flows into a neutralization reaction tank where a measured amount of acid (or alkali) solution is added based on the water quality characteristics for neutralization. The neutralized wastewater is then pumped to a filter tank for filtration. Simultaneously, a measured amount of净水剂 solution is also introduced to cause flocculation reactions in the pollutants, enhancing the filtration efficiency. The filtered clean water is disinfected by an ozone sterilizer before flowing into a biological activated carbon tank, where fine pollutants are further intercepted and adsorbed for decomposition. The treated clean water is then directly discharged into the urban sewage network.
