Product Introduction:

An integrated wastewater treatment equipment combines the primary sedimentation tank, I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, secondary sedimentation tank, and sludge tank into one unit. It also performs aeration in the I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, effectively integrating the contact oxidation process with the activated sludge process, thus simplifying the complexities of hiring designers for wastewater treatment processes and constructing infrastructure.

For the characteristics of high-concentration organic wastewater, this scheme employs a combination of advanced, mature, and reliable physical and chemical treatment with aerobic biochemical treatment, ensuring that the treated effluent meets all design requirements.

Process Features:

This process combines conventional activated sludge method with membrane filtration, offering a mature and reliable system with high MLSS concentration and excellent effluent quality.

The 3MBR membrane reactor material boasts stable chemical properties, strong antioxidant capabilities, a long service life, and a wide range of cleaning agents available for membrane cleaning.

4 Utilize the aeration of the biochemical pool to clean the membrane, maintaining a stable water output.

Sludge accumulated during the .5 process is regularly drained into a sludge pond for further digestion, thus minimizing the remaining sludge in the system.
