The ammonia-nitrogen concentration in the treated wastewater from our laboratory equipment is below 15 mg/L, meeting the first-class discharge standards. It is a system that combines simplicity in process, cost-effectiveness, mature technology, ease of control, and no secondary pollution. Traditional ammonia-nitrogen stripping releases into the atmosphere with air, which can still cause secondary pollution. Our company has installed an absorption tower after the ammonia-nitrogen stripping tower, ensuring that the air emitted into the atmosphere is purified and pollution-free.

Process Description:
Wastewater is collected and homogenized in a collecting tank before flowing into a neutralization reaction tank. Quantitative acid (or alkali) solutions are added according to the water quality characteristics to initiate neutralization reactions. The neutralized wastewater is then pumped to a filtration tank for filtration. During this process, a定量 amount of净水剂 solution is also introduced to facilitate flocculation reactions in the wastewater, enhancing filtration efficiency. The filtered clean water is sterilized by an ultraviolet sterilizer and then flows into a biological activated carbon tank, further trapping and adsorbing fine pollutants before being discharged directly into the urban sewage network.

Process Features:
1. Utilize neutralization precipitation, composite disinfection, UV ultraviolet light sterilization, ozone oxidation, and multi-media filtration to treat various pollutants in wastewater.
2. Equipped with a PLC programmable intelligent control system and a human-machine interface operation screen: LCD Chinese display of all monitoring parameters such as equipment start/stop, flushing, and waste discharge functions; shows the operating status of each unit, automatically records and manages historical water quality data and analysis. Features human-machine dialogue, clock and language setting functions. The system automatically detects upon startup, and automatically processes wastewater. Depending on the composition and concentration of different wastewaters, the control system automatically calculates and proportionally dispenses chemicals.
3. Utilize pH meters and imported metering pumps to precisely control the dosing amount, equipped with liquid level control and water level alarm systems.
