Process Steps:
1. Raw Water System: Potable water enters the raw water storage tank, then passes through the raw water pump and is directed to the multi-media filter.
2. Pretreatment System: The pretreatment system includes multimedia filters and activated carbon filters. The multimedia filters remove large particles and impurities from the water.
3. Activated carbon filters remove high molecular organic matter and residual chlorine. Normally, cleaning is required after a cumulative working time of 24 hours.
4. Softening System: The softening system removes calcium and magnesium ions, reducing the water hardness. Under normal conditions, it operates for a continuous 24 hours to perform cleaning and softening.
5. Heat Exchanger: Pasteurizes activated carbon and provides temperature; during cold weather, it can meet the RO feed water temperature of 25 degrees.
6. RO system; removes various ions, reduces conductivity and TOC.
7. EDI System: Further removes various ions, reducing conductivity and TOC. Produces qualified purified water.
