Process Description:
The pretreatment consists of four stages: mechanical sedimentation filtration, carbon adsorption filtration, cation softener, and post-security precision filter. Key aspects of the automatic operation of the reverse osmosis system include: high and low-pressure automatic control; automatic shutdown for water shortage or overflow; scheduled automatic discharge of concentrate; on-line automatic water quality detection; automatic alarm for non-compliant water discharge; scheduled chemical cleaning indication; fault alerts, etc.

1. The equipment features an automatic film rinse function after startup, with adjustable rinse time from 2 to 10 minutes.
